We had a fantastic time staying here as the staff were super accommodating, and we could easily explore nearby parks like Fairland Regional Park, which was less than 5 km away, perfect for our outdoor strolls.

A three-night stay for a hockey tournament was disappointing. Room keys malfunctioned repeatedly, the bathroom had visible mold, and there was no hot water, making morning routines frustrating. The breakfast offered was poor, with watery eggs and spoiled milk, while weekend amenities such as coffee and cookies were absent. Additionally, the elevators were hazardous, closing too quickly without any safety sensors, and children were not allowed in the lobby, making the stay feel unwelcoming.
